Before your clean.
Clear answers to help you choose the right service.
Does end-of-tenancy cleaning include carpet cleaning?
Vacuuming is part of the agreed general clean. Specialist carpet treatment is quoted separately. Mention the rooms, stairs, carpet material and any stains when enquiring.
Is the £145 figure a fixed price for every property?
No. £145 is the minimum guide estimate. Size, condition, extras, access and the work agreed with the team determine the final quote.
Do I need to empty the property first?
Tell us whether the property will be furnished and whether belongings will remain. Clear access helps the team reach the agreed areas; the plan depends on the condition at handover.
Will this guarantee my deposit is returned?
No. Deposit decisions are made by your landlord or agent and may involve issues beyond cleaning. The team agrees a cleaning scope with you rather than promising a deposit outcome.
