The checklist below is a starting point. Your final clean is agreed after we review your photos and property details.

Tell us about finishing details
Show any paint splashes, adhesive, grout haze or protective film in your photos. The team will assess the surface and confirm what can be included. Cupboard interiors and specialist carpet cleaning should also be requested separately.

How much does after builders cleaning cost?
Each job is quoted individually after we review the property size, selected areas, photos and the work required. This service does not use the regular-cleaning hourly estimate. Your written quotation confirms the price and what is included before you request a booking.
Do I need to upload photos?
Yes. Sign in and add at least one photo of every area you select. You can upload up to five photos per area and 30 in total. The photos stay private to your account and Brightly Clean.
Are cleaning products and equipment included?
The products and equipment needed are agreed as part of your individual quotation. Tell us about any delicate materials, newly installed flooring or specific care instructions before the clean.
Can you remove building waste or paint?
Rubble and large construction waste need to be removed before the visit. Paint, adhesive and grout residue are assessed separately for the surface involved; removal is only included where agreed in your quotation. Hazardous materials, external windows and work at height are outside this cleaning service.
When should I book the clean?
Request a quotation once you can show the condition of the rooms and share your expected completion date. The visit should take place after the building work is finished, with clear access to the agreed areas. Availability and timing are confirmed by the team.
